Friend of the show and author Rachel Bertsche stops by to discuss the phenomenon of (mostly) women who bring up their weight in a negative way almost every time they get together!  Another aspect to this journey, beyond reducing fat and weight in order to achieve a healthier body and life, is to gain the strength to love myself every step (and inch) of the way.  By surrounding ourselves with healthy minded friends who support and love you, and you in return to them, we can move past this self-deprication and into a healthier way to be and to think of ourselves.
